Blacksmith Crash

First time I enter any blacksmith while playing, always only once (doesn't affect afterwards dunno why), the game will crash upon entering a blacksmith. Caught the error message, but wasn't really sure what it meant.

I'm guessing that it's having issues loading the visual assets for background images in the blacksmith, because it lets me know that it couldn't be loaded in, crashes the game, asks if it can get details on the crash, ect.

After this one crash EVERY TIME, I restart the game, go into the blacksmith again, and everything is fine. Wtf is going on? Before anyone asks (because I've read every single other post about this), no I do not use mods.

I get this too occasionally. I just built a habit of saving before entering blacksmith.

I've noticed its linked to the trade screen transition, either before or after. Is this your experience too?

It doesn't happen to me during any trade screen menus, strictly only during entering the blacksmith for the very first time on a playthrough. Example:

#1: Turn on computer to play
#2: Load up save file
#3: Enter blacksmith to make the monies
#4: Game Crashes
#5: ???
#6: Go onto forums to complain about broken game, lol

what are your system specs?

what are your system specs?

I7 CPU, 3050 RTX, 16GB of DDR4 RAM, and a 1TB SSD drive (recently acquired), so the specs are irrelevant really. It should by all means run totally fine.

I had this game running on an HDD running Raid-0 not too long ago, without any issue, so I'm not sure what's causing this really. Like I said, it's a 1-time crash, that after I reload into the game the problem just goes away.
