total conversion fantasy mod with real potential - Realms Forgotten

https://www.nexusmods.com/mountandblade2bannerlord/mods/4455 this mod has a patreon and a discord, has been in development for over a year, creator puts patreon money towards outsourcing for art and rapidly adds new factions, races and other content, its a bit unpolished (like most or all total conversions) but i think it has real potential to fill the hole prophecy of pendor left.

The 2 latest versions are behind a patreon paywall, but without pay i don't think its realistic to expect the likes of prophecy of pendor from a dedicated mod team any time soon, personally id rather pay to get it done sooner, and get it done right than hoping someone comes along with enough dedication and passion to create something like that and not get some money from it.
