Red man icon on the left of the screen during multiplayer games - Latency issues

Hi, I did not find a sure explanation about this red man icon that appears on the left of the screen during multiplayer games.

I read about anti-cheat and i think it's not that, because I didn't get banned from the server.
My guess is that the red man icon is about my latency. In fact my ping in Bannerlord 2 online games is always around 120.

I don't know how to improve the latency because actually It is the only game where I have that issue. In other games, such as fortnite, my latency is around 20.

Does anyone know about this red man icon and have a suggestion on how to set the options to reduce lag?

Are you using wifi? Some games use UDP, some use TCP for sending packets. Wifi will usually be awful with TCP but if it uses UDP like Bannerlord wifi will be terrible.
