other than than cunning is pretty pointless. the bonus loot from roguery doesn't really matter since money isn't really a bottleneck other than maybe very early.
engineering has some useful stuff and engineering is A LOT faster to level up on main character than on NPCs and (at least in my playstyle) it's probably the most important skill for lategame
medic is nice to have, but an NPC companion can give almost all of the relevant bonuses. the 30% heal after won battles is good enough to get on any character, but that's just 1 focus point since it's the first perk.
stewardship is also a good skill to have, in my opinion the most important perks are the ones that enable converting armor and weapons to XP for the troops and an NPC can easily reach those fairly quickly
The final Medicine perk can be good, but it also takes a while to get there, and you're sacrificing something else to get it. By the time you get it, you can also max Leadership, make your own armies (if in a faction), and crush enemies with superior numbers and morale. The final Medicine perk isn't as useful as you might think.
As far as medicine goes, there's a couple of wanderer names (Aserai culture "The Scholar" for one, not to be confused with Imperial engineer with the same title) that start off with a very solid medicine rank and can be easy enough to track down if they're on the wanderer list/filters.
Either way, player going intelligence might be better at getting the absolute best of what the skills can offer, but the available followers will generally do a good enough job of getting to the mid 200s if you find the right ones and set them to it.
-the skills improve passive (you have to do nothing)
only for siege 300+, you have to do 3-5 battles, must be a joke only TW understand
-they are all super helpfull (i would say OP)
i find the XP posts for destroying items very funny. (for me this is only a cheat for the AI)
why collect and lvl up soldiers everytime new ?!? if you have medic 200+ (better 275+). you will never ever need to recruit new soldiers, cawse they cant die for whatever reason.
I'd say go 7 Int 7 Soc 5 End 3 Vig for overall pleasant game experience.
I was always skeptical about CNG (besides scouting prisoner perk) skills as I never got so far in the game. It does help in late game map painting phase a lot.
I also almost maxed out the roguery and having 40K XP after the battle is very helpful. But then I usually lose about 10 units in 1500 vs 2000 battle and they eventually max out, so no use for loot.
But you will have to chose between CNG and INT IMO, and INT skills are very easy to level on companions, who you can pick and chose to match your towns' culture for loyalty match.
Good companions are just a better choice for the party skills because they provide a big upfront benefit. Tactics and roguery is something you can put focus points into but not really something worth aiming to max out.
But if you have some spare attributes I guess cunning will at least speed up levelling those.
