Cannot put any siege engine into reserve

I read all across the forums and internet that you can put your freshly build siege engine into reserve. I saw that by clicking on it you get a button to move it into reserve.

I do not get that at all. I am in control of a siege, i started it and i still do not get that button on left click, neither shortly before it finishes nor exactly when or when ever.

Did they changed that?

the siege engine must be rdy. its rdy when the enemy start shooting.
you cant take it in reserve when its not build / finished.

1) press pause / stop time

2) click on the rdy siege engine you want do in reserve (right or left click, dont know).

3) a window opens, choose take to reserve, repeat

This doesn’t work, nothing shows up at all, I’ve left clicked, right clicked, even used the middle mouse button, paused, unpaused, doesn’t matter it doesn’t show up

Try rotating your screen. Sometimes the siege progress window gets in the way of getting a proper click. (It is LMB to get the window to show up).

Possible reasons why you are unable to control your built siege engines:

1. You are not the siege commander. If your faction leader or higher ranked clan joins your siege, you lose control. And yes that is something they changed in update 1.2

2. You have a mod that broke your game.
