By the time you write this topic, you could search it how to mod properly on google and youtube. Don't be lazy to learn new things, and whatever you do don't let anyone reach your computer through 3rd program like teamviewer.

Step 1: RTFM.

Step 2: RTFM again.

If there's a mod you want to install, make sure you:
A: Have all the mod dependencies installed (and the dependencies for those mods if they have them).
B: Make sure the mod is compatible with the version of the game you are running. You can test this yourself by installing it. If it crashes, it's not compatible. Many mod authors let you know what version their mod is for, but if not, test it out.

*I recommend turning off auto updates for this game, and manually select the game version you want.

Steam Library --> Bannerlord --> Properties --> Betas --> Choose your game version.
This prevents the game from auto updating, as this can break mods and break your game. Just turn it off and only update when you're ready to.

With Bannerlord, I prefer to manually install my mods that I download from the Nexus. I don't use Steam Workshop or any mod manager.

Once you've downloaded your mod, installing it is (usually) easy. Most mods are in their own folder. You take that folder and put it in the Modules folder.

steamapps --> common --> Bannerlord --> Modules (place mod folder here).

Make sure it's the actual mod folder, and not another Modules folder.

Once you've done that, start the game. On the Launcher, select "Mods" to go to the mod window. You should see the mod there. Check the box to activate it. Start the game (most likely start a NEW game. Adding mods to existing saves can be it's own risk). Play around in the game doing something the mod affects. If things seem to run, great!

Do these steps again for each mod you run. This is the best way to find errors. If you try to activate a bunch of mods at once and you crash, you've got no idea what's causing it. One at a time is tedious, but it will quickly tell you when you've hit a problem.

Not all mods play well with each other. It's your responsibility for everything you install.

"I want to modify the game but I don't want to work for it."

See, there's your problem!
You just need to take it one step at time and you will eventually figure out what/where the problematic bits are.

If you can't figure them out, 'then' you can always come back and ask about it spefically.
Much easier for everyone when we do not have to start from "How to turn on your PC/Laptop".

I downloaded these mods -> diplomacy/harmony/butterlib/mod ui extend./and 1 other
+ Improved garrisons

I got the pop up when trying to launch that this mod needs this etc. so i downloaded correct files, then i tried to start again, i didn't get the pop up again. But when for example i tried to send a messenger, my game crashed :(

If your game crashed using a function in a mod, there's a problem with that mod. It could be how that mod specifically is working, or it's not playing nice with another mod.

Remove the mod. If you don't get any more crashes, you've found the likely culprit.

You could upload a copy of your crash report to their discord and see if anyone there can assist.

When I tried using the latest version of Diplomacy, my game would not load. I'm still using an older build from 2023. I'm no expert, so I don't know if it's a problem with the mod or a mod conflict, but I haven't had any issues with it.
