if I remember though, in warband it was the most popular or one of the most popular multiplayer mods.
The current cRPG for Bannerlord is made by different devs. Last I heard it wasnt very active, a handful of players is still playing it.
Did they just released new game from mod of other game? is that even allow to do that without needing to make the game from the ground?
No... Quite sure Donkey Crew used tech from previous games they been working on such as Last Oasis, in Bellwright though. Bellwright have a bit of success now, but their track record of previous games not that great, but not only fault of the studio but the involved Publisher Snail Games.
Bellwright is like the bastard child of Bannerlord and Medieval Dynasty. Directional combat like in Bannerlord. Recruiting people and build settlement a bit like you would do in Medieval Dynasty,
