creating a non imperial kingdom
very vague as to how to do it...i own two cities....rating 6 clan....already became a kingdom before completing the dragon banner quest....all in all the game utterly fails on information how to do it...help please?

You already became a kingdom, so you did it. A non imperial kingdom is a faction that is not based on the Empire. Base it on Vlandia/Battania/Sturgia/Khuzait/Aserai. You will either need to be this culture, or the fief you are starting your kingdom in needs to be of one of those cultures.

That banner doesn't do ♥♥♥♥ for you. You do not need it to start a kingdom. And there are much banners to be had throughout the game. It is useless.

Well, complete the main campaign and you can tick off an achivement I suppose.

Its insane that the banner has such poor benefits to it too. it being the thing that MAKES you a bannerlord. its just rotting away in my inventory...

Honestly, dont think of the main quest from the perspective of what it can offer you.

It is better to just think of it as an alternative way to end a campaign as opposed to conquering the whole map.
