NO reinforcements

I do not get any reinforcements. Enemy AI always get new soldiers, but I have to fight with what I left even when I have army of 1000 soldiers.

What is your game setting for Options > Performance > Gameplay > Battle Size?

Are you suffering casualties?

Yes, I do suffer casualties, for example - I have to win battle with 500 solders against 1000.
I suffer 200-300 loses and enemy the same numbers, but he getting the reinforcements all the time
I have set 5 waves of reinforcements, batte size is 1000

He is constantly between 400-500 man on the battefield until he run out of reinforcements

I play with Eagle rising, europe map, improved garrison and diplomacy and they are all set from the cllean instalation of the game

It would have been nice if you had provided that information up front so we would not have to guess whether or not you are playing a vanilla game.

I think we have to assume your problem is mod-related until proven otherwise. (I have no mods and I do not have this problem. I get reinforcements.)

And the way to do that is to delete them all completely following these instructions from the Technical Support subforum pinned topics -- https://steamcommunity.com/app/261550/discussions/17/2968397584539744282/

Delete completely, including save files because they are probably corrupted, then re-install. And this time, don't slam them all in at once. Install them one at a time and test, like the big boy developers do.

its not a mod problem because this POS game gives me the same problem. got hundreds of troops but not only am i outnumbered at the onset- they get more and more and more and more until i have nothing left on the field. i get nothing for reinforcements. settings are on unlimited. no reason why i shouldnt get more men on the field.

If you are heavily outnumbered, their side will have priority on reinforcements when filling up the battle size limit.

Are you absolutely sure, you don't get reinforcements? It's hard sometimes to control in a heat of battle.
What does aftermath window show in terms of deployed/killed/wounded/routed? If you lost the battle, than logically total number can't be less than your initial party size, can it?

Yes i am sure, i loset the battle because of it and the problem continue so i dont play the game, it did not even help reinstal.

that is also not true. one recent battle i had. i had like 540 men. the enemy had over 800. i never once got notifed that they got reinforcements. but i finally did see reinforcements arrive on the battlefield for me, when nearly all my men were wiped out. so even though i was outnumbered, i got reinforcements and they never did.

Well, i have problem only on my side, the enemy always get the new soldiers after they lost like 50-70% of army

Are you really sure, that you won't get reinforcements?
1st: Do you check, how's current morale have your troops in army? If morale is low, then there's chance, that more reinforcements will not arrive or may desert.
2nd: How many low tiered troops have in your army? Remember, that low tier units gives small boost, than higher tier units.
3rd: Do you check about current status in battle (this long bar)? If you observe it, then you should see, that sometimes enemy or your bar will moves towards, meaning, that reinforcement arrived. Low tiered units gives small boost, while high tiered units gives large boost.

But if you think, that reinforcements still not comes, maybe it's about time, to send your troops into battle, it is use tactics skill?

Yes i am sure, It worked at the begining of the game, but later on when I made my kingdom and started to fight against others, then I to noticed the problem and I lost a lot battles because of it.

In settings my reinforcements are set up at the balance of units.
In my party I have almost all my units on top tier, but my other party companions have like 50/50.

And I do not check the bar on the battle status.
