Smooth stones are not overly difficult to throw accurately, and that aside, looters lack the laser accuracy so many speak of.
That said, I'm not actively defending this game right now, so I won't be getting into a debate about this. Watch the footage or don't. なんでもない
Oh get off your highhorse. Looters are known to be high-tier troop killer. Your Empire vet. always die to looters. At least 1 in every clash.
And since we don't have night vision in Banner Lord. Don't fight in the night. Especially that map that have lots fo trees. It's blockout moon light and render the whole screen pit black.
Yeah? I think you may have missed these two.

Unless you're telling me that the empire's recruits are tougher than their elites. If that's the case, this game has incredibly deep issues that a couple tweaks to accuracy won't fix.
btw... the same issue makes forest bandits by far the strongest bandit group because of their ranged weapons, all the others are a joke, esp. the sea raider, which are a caricature of what they were in warband. It's the same problem as in warband, brought to a higher level, ranged weapon are too accurate, too fast, able to penetrate any armor. In arena fights even the most basic units manage to hit from the other side of the map. I don't need "tests" to call a duck a duck.
Sort of makes sense, when you stop to think about it. There is likely a reason projectile weapons saw more and more advancement as time went on. Being able to kill your foe in battle well beyond his striking distance is deliberately an unfair advantage.
That much is understandable. If it's a play style difference, I'm all for tweaking the damage down.
