Was just fighting in a tourny buy the last guy was literally a 6 by 6 ball of fur and i could not read his movements to block him. Ive got screenshots if needed. lame bug

It sounds like OP's talking about that graphical glitch where the models get distorted. From what I've heard, it happens to characters wearing highland noble gloves or whatever, not sure if any other items have this issue.

I've run into the problem before, not really sure how to fix it myself. I've deleted the battanian item texture packs and verified my files, but it didn't seem to change things. It's come and gone, though I haven't seen it lately myself. Maybe it'll go away if you exit from the main menu? I know I just X out my Bannerlord a lot when I'm done.

Its clearly one of those monsters from Control that has made its way into Bannerlord. Theyre unkillable.
