Any bow on horse.

I have the perk for the bow skill tree for use any bow on horse back but it dosent seem to be working as i cannot use my bow.

Yep, known problem.
There's a mod on nexus that fixes it.
So it is either that way or waiting for an official patch that addresses this

You say you can't use your bow... Is your bow perhaps ONLY for on foot? Too big to use as horse archer?

His bow may normally not be usable on a horse, but OP unlocked the perk in the bow tree that allows the use of every bow-type to be used on a horse. So theoretical he should be able to use even something like a longbow on horseback.
Practical though, that perk doesn't currently work.

there are two perks that allow the use of *ANY* bow on horseback one under riding and one under bow skills neither work as i have them both and still can not use any bow on horseback. The perks appear to be off/bugged

It is sad that perk doesn't work but tbh the Horse bow types seem to be faster shooting anyways.
I just want a perk to use my Adgara Sheild or smaller Shields While using a bow. Like strapped on my arm like With Fire and Sword did it.
