Multiplayer crack addiction
Seriously, does multiplayer ♥♥♥♥ anyone off or just me?

Feels like I'm fighting underwater. Couldn't help but notice my sword is always dull and bounces off of flesh like it would steel.

I have yet to figure out how to hit an enemy horseman whilst chasing them down also on horseback, as the hit never seems to register. Yet it does register when I run away from them and they hit me.

This is a clickbait rant. You're dismissed.

No I agree, the multiplayer in this game is god awful. Poor hit reg, I've seen arrows go through peoples heads, swords go through blocks, spears and axes reach across the map. Really enjoyable experience. Honestly just stick with single player, the multiplayer is already dead.

The sweatlords just spin in circles, it looks so dumb.

I can't stop playing multiplayer though. Even though my sword is as blunt as a club, it's addictive.

are you playing on the offical servers or custom servers because customs servers suck ass but the offical servers are a lot of fun actually because the combat works

I didn't know there was a difference. I play both, but I admit the custom servers are where I suck the most.

When your weapon "bounces off" it was too close basically. I found out those are usually called "glances" and they'll do just a couple damage points, most annoying when cav is right in front of you and you can barely attack it with a clean blow.

It's not an easy combat system but that's part of the charm. Multiplayer has been a blast and I will continue playing after 300+ hours including beta.

That said I really do hope they get all the queue issues and server crashing resolved relatively soon. I can barely join Siege right now so I mostly play Captains mode. When the queue has 100+ people waiting I switch to EU servers to find games again as the queues still get "stuck" at random points. Seems they need to be reset by the devs who don't always notice right away.

Ouch. I can't even join the EU servers, the thought of a high ping gives me anxiety.

if your sword goes off skin that means you're to close :p

I know what it means. But it doesn't make any sense. Especially when I'm backed into a corner. I can't hit anyone because THEY are too close to me? It defies our physical capabilities. You HAVE to be close to jab someone in the neck.

But when I'm backed into a corner and there are 5 people trying to slash me, I have to sit there like a beanbag and just take it.

Sounds like you need to avoid being backed up into a corner haha. It works both ways though, when those 5 people surround you and are "too close" they can barely attack you either unless they do overhand or stab type attacks.

Yes, They tend to get blocked by there team m8s which is funny because if I go two hander and I can easely overhand the persons trying to hit me and not block XD
