buy wood from east Kurzit towns/villages, sell in Aserai territory (Rizah or however its spelled)

buy sheep/cows from northern/southern empire territory that has good supply (check villages, buying livestock from cities is overpriced) sell at the main cities in Aserai territory.

those are my early game go-to's until you get the perks that tell you where and what price range is good for that locale.

another good spot is Lycaron <> Poros <> Zereptos those cities usually bounce back and forth (as well as the grapes/olive villages nearby) that feed eachother supplies for the starter workshops NPCs control there

Go north, buy Fur in Sturgian villages Glavstrom, Ferth and Ov. They're usually 40-50 a pop, might be as high as 100. Buy fish as long as it's under 11. Buy cotton as long as it's under 50, it sells for 70+ in Epicrotea. Sell fish in cities for >15

Go to Vlandia, buy grapes and olives <25-30 there.
Keep going south to Aserai territory, start buying horses in horse villages Aiwalitas and Mahloul near Huybar, there'll be desert horses for 70-80. You can sell them at Razih for 140, or in Vlandia-Battania for well over 200.
Sell fur in Vlandia and Azerai if it's >200. I once sold them between 280 and 200 in Sargot, so keep your eyes open.

Go up to Vostrum and Danustica, I can usually sell grapes and olives there for >60
Buy steppe horses in Khuzait territory, then buy more fur in Sturgia, then down to Vlandia, sell desert and steppe horses for >150-200, so on and so forth.

You learn good prices the more you do it, sometimes you buy stuff in a village and then sell it in a city right next to it for 300% profit.

TL;DR
Sturgia: Buy fur
Vlandia: sell steppe and desert horses; buy grapes and olives
Aserai: sell fur, buy desert horses
Empire: sell grapes, olives
Khuzaits: buy steppe horses
Back to Sturgia for fur

Grab beer while you're in Sturgia too and sell it in Epicrotea and surrounding Empire cities

I wish I could help with a route, but I personally just ping pong around the map buying GREEN items and selling them when they're RED. This makes it very easy to make a profit without having to memorize prices and making notes. You do need alot of donkeys, camels and non-combat horses to hold all the goods though.
