What age can you have your child join you?

I thought it was 13 but at 13 my child still looks like an infant and I cannot interact with any portrait. Amy I missing something?

I've read it's 18, actually. Might be that the mechanic's not yet fully implemented into the game. I've read.

OK thanks. I Fast Fwd to 15 and still shows at an infant so you might be right.
I think perhaps I need to come back to the game in a month. It is really good but we need more meat! :)

No need to thank me. And it seems to be quite a widely known issue anyways.
Personally, I will surely at least try out how moddable the game engine really is first.

E: A season is 21d and a year 22. So ~1500d until its adult.

18 is correct. I have 3 children who now joined my party. Unfortuantely the have 0 attribute points, so they can't actually gain xp.
