Finding the Leader of a defeated faction

In my current save, the Stugians and the Northern empire have been wiped out by the khuzait. I happen to like the viking feel of the sturgians so I am attempting to bring them back through marrying Ragnavads daughter but I cant find him anywhere.

I have gone into the encyclopedia to see his most recent location and have run around the area checking everything to no avail. He has since had it listed that he is in Balgarad and it's refreshing that he was last sighted there today. wI have stayed there for days but cant find him.

Any idea how to find a leader thats gone MIA?

I imagine he is in prison or being held as a prisoner by some Lord.

I checked the prison, tavern, keep and even went inside the settlement and held the alt key to see if he was simply hiding but found him nowhere.

same here missing Ragnavad(Sibir) and Caladog(Dunglanys), wiki show that they are staying there for days now but cant find them anywhere.

it was a wiki bug i guess Found Caladog he was taken by looters but the wiki was not refreshing for some reason, did a game restart then waited a few day maybe that helped
