Mods to destroy settlements?

Any mods to destroy cities and villages? I'm roleplaying and would like a mod that lets me destroy a city after I capture it

I do not use mods and cannot suggest any. However, I am curious. When you type destroy it, do you mean physically remove it from the map.

It could still be on the map but it would be a ruin - no one owns in, no one in it, no one travelling to it
