How to make peace with the faction?

I try to discuss with Faction leader to ask for peace but I always see response:
"i do not have authority to make peace.."
And refer to Faction owner. I spoke to o him and...
The same...

Do you have idea how to manage it in this bugged game?

Are you using mods? I had thought in vanilla game, you can just open a barter window and pay.

the only way for peace i know is worldmap-> kingdom menue-> start a vote for peace.

but this is only possible if you are in a kingdom (own kingdom) and not a free clan.
and maybe you need some influence.

if you are a free clan, you maybe can pay for peace to a king of a faction. (example: you leave a kingdom, steal all the fiefs, your clan is in war with the faction) but im not sure abaout this.

You get this when you are part of a kingdom. Then you must go through the diplomatic sceen to get a peace.

If you are an independent clan you can just talk to any lord(or lady) and pay for peace.
