Console Commands Not Working

Hello. After the latest 1.2.7 update i noticed i can't use some of the console command lines on pc. I used stuff like ''campaign.declare_peace'' before the update to end never ending wars , but after the update i get a notification on the console about how to format the command. I triple checked if i was making mistakes while typing it out, everything was fine. I also tried to give some focus and attribute points to one of my governor compainons to speed up their skill progress but it also didn't work. I was able to give the points to my own character though. Any idea about a possible fix for this ?

I believe the devs broke something in the commands. The only way is to wait for a fix.

They only work if cheat mode is on. So even if console is up you have to actually enable it to work. Fyi

I have found a lot of the commands are different then before or not working. I use the cheat mode in console all the time so it isn't just not flipping it to 1. As of this post I checked and the format below would work for a character named Bjorn. The | is the new part.

campaign.add_focus_points_to_hero Bjorn | 10

Yeah "campaign.add_troops imperial_recruit 100" doesn't work for me anymore, it just lists the troops and tells me to do campaign.add_troops ID Number ... like im already doing.

I've figured out how it works now. After the id, you need to get up "|"
It turns out:
campaign.add_troops imperial_palatine_guard | 20
And in this form, everything works

yes they changed the format some time ago , added that | , however and also the beta wasnt live only after a few months thats why ppl complaign now...

pretty sure this one is broken entirely and needs to be fixed. I think the gam either shows the wrong format in the console, or doesn't actually accept the new format, despite it also not accepting the old one. Or, it doesn't like the fact that Vlandia, Battania and Sturgia use the exact same name for their Culture - Sturiga, Battania and Vlandia. It's not Sturigan or Vlandian or Battanian when you hover over their cities, so they might of ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up on that end. In fact, only the Empire factions actually have a separate name for their culture, so it might do this for all factions except Empire factions? Would have to test it out to find out. If the console command works for empire factions just fine, it's definitely an issue with Culture names being the same as Faction/Kingdom names.

The one last idea I have is that the console is registering "campaign.declare_peace Vlandia Battania" as correct, but whatever actually applies the command isn't. So, you end up with two line that look like this (looks the same for the declare_war command, but in place of the word peace, is will say war. Of course that should be obvious, but just thought I'd mention it.)

campaign.declare_peace [Faction1] | [Faction2]

No error, doesn't mention that the faction isn't found, nor that the factions should be a kingdom faction. doesn't yell at your for the it being the wrong format either.

Most console commands work with the new formula using | , like I can add troops, but I found the game doesn't recognize faction names, city / town names, I used to change militia or loyalty or food etc and have the formula correct but the devs changed the location / faction names. I know because a few patches ago I used to do it all the time (and have a text list with each faction, city, town etc so I can get it right) but even with correct names, I get the error code if I spell the faction / location names wrong.

So they changed the syntax? A manual or #comment would be nice.
