Max level ?

What is max level and what is the best way getting levels fast ?

30 is not max ... good way to level fast ... could be lots of focus and attributes and smith like mad

Shoot stuff, from a distance, with a bow. Once you reach beyond 35+ it will, more or less, be the only way you will see any noticable gains.

a high char-lvl is nice and good. but much better is:

1) max clan lvl 6
2) be voted for new king of a faction
3) have the most important skills 200+

there is no longer a max character level. expect to hit 20-25 about the time you start trying to attack fiefs or start your own kingdom. expect to hit about level 40-46 about the time you have conquered the world.

you gain character xp every time you gain skill exp. the exp used to be capped when skills capped, however that is no longer the case. As skill exp diminishes and caps, you now continue getting character xp.

fast exp gain. smithing is profitable after a point, and pumps xp like crazy. horse/bow. bow/riding/athletics xp is based on DISTANCE. 10m shot will give small exp, 200m shot will give a TON of xp. kills giving bonus xp on top of that. farming looters/bandits is huge xp.

Charm xp is solid too. can get via smithing, donations, etc.

general war. close fights give lots of xp. deaths and wounded troops give medicine xp.
then, upgrading troops, and recruiting troops gives leadership xp. feeding a large party gives steward xp. releasing lords gives lots of charm xp.

sieges. operating a siege weapon personally can be a TON of engi xp.
start sieges, send weak troops in to die for medicine xp, while you personally man the catapult. retreat. tons of xp.

Trading exploit do most of workout in this matter. Just tester- I gained 700k XP by one round, it's giving 46 to 47lvl needed 21m XP in 30x rounds, i.e.

i think theres no such thing as max level.

the higher the atri +focus the longer the exp bar its
if u make a char with all skill 4attri x 4 focus, maybe that will be the capped out and stop growing earlier

one set of 10 attri and 5focus on all 3 skills might give u a very long exp bar that make u grow few more level and gaining 1 extra attri and few more focus points?

The characters in my long campaigns stalled around level 40 or so. You still gain XP from tasks even if you reached the hard cap, so technically you can keep grinding and will occasionally get another level up, but the pace becomes very slow.

pretty sure hard cap is 62 but you can't normally get enough experience points to get there.
