Was this a modded game? I see no way this can happen in the base game.
p.s. In fact, killing a faction leader in battle (not execution) is a steam achievement, so they wouldn't have created a steam achievement for something you cannot do in vanilla game.
Wouldn't they? I would remind you that these are the people who coded Legendary weapon criteria in such a way that that Legendary axes and maces are impossible.
Nice, but being married to Ira had nothing to do with you being elected king. You likely would have been elected anyway. It has everything to do with money. You probably were the fattest cat in the tribe.
DONT DO IT.
Chlamydia? Isn't that her younger daughter?
What I typed was in reference to the player character, (clan leader), becoming leader of a different faction.
At the time I posted that I thought the OP was in x faction and married Ira. Later Rhagea dies and the op from another faction became ruler of Southern Empire. That cannot happen in base game.
Reading this thread again 3 weeks later, I now understand he may have been in the Southern Empire when he married Ira. In which case, yes, if you are in the same faction when the leader dies you can be voted leader.
