gamepass version vs steam

Im currently playing on xbox gp and have like 30 percent of the map thinking about getting the steam version so i can start using mods easily i also think the update made my game start acting funky. Does this seem like a good idea? are there other positives for the steam version?

other than steam workshop also check https://www.nexusmods.com/mountandblade2bannerlord for more mods not steam workshop , since those ALSo work with the stam version or the gog one, not sure about the gamepass one..

game pass / ms store still restricts ♥♥♥♥ out of your modding capabilities. if you enjoy any game on game pass that has mods that actually fix the game and add ♥♥♥♥ ton of content a purchase on any other platform is a must.
