RTS camera mod in 2023

There used to be an awesome RTS camera mod that lets you command your armies from the sky. But every version I find crashes my game. Does anybody know of a recent version?

I did try looking around first but can only find files that crash my game, so decided to ask here.

The beta version of the mod works great for me. I am on 1.2.6

And I tried it... crashes immediately

Make sure the game version you are running lines up with the game version the mod specifies. Other than that, ensure you have all dependencies (if it has any) properly installed at their correct versions.

You could also have a mod compatibility issue elsewhere.

Do you mean 1.1.6? Because I don't see a 1.2.6 in my Beta options. I do see 1.2.7 and 1.2.8

So strangely the mod specifies 1.2.4 and upwards in beta's. But I believe I had 1.2.8... I'm going to wipe things and try it fresh.

a new one was created a few days ago "myrtscamera" that works on the latest update

No, I am on 1.2.6 of the game and the mod I use is the beta branch of RTS Camera, the one mentioned by Cl3rSky.

Thanks all for your help. In the end, deleting all the files and reinstalling the game worked. Yay, the game got even better!
