Controller Disable Solve for Razer Device

Just got back into the game and discovered that it recognized my Razer Tartarus as a controller and there's no option in the game to disable the controller.

The there are two options to disable the game forcing a controller in the thread below that worked for me:

One is to disable "Xbox 360 Controller For Windows" in Device Manager. It worked but I had to do that every time my computer is restarted.

The other is right clicking the game in your steam library -> settings -> controller -> activate steam input that seems to be a solution that "sticks".
