Is there a mod for a SLOWER global travel speed?

One feature of the Banner Kings mod that I really liked was that it applied a slower speed to all parties on the map. Is there a mod that adds an option to adjust travel speed like this? Or is there a way to edit the files in such a way? I noticed that a slower speed for all parties extended the game quite a bit and reduced the range of war campaigns (especially mixed with Diplomacy mod), slowed down the economy, and ultimately the rate at which you can conquer the whole map. This is ideal for me because I want a campaign to go for multiple generations without having to 'self-sabotage' just to keep it going.
