I thought mods were supposed to be the Salvation of Bannerlord, but the game has been out how long and this mod won't even load?
I am shocked, shocked I tell you to hear this. Weren't the saintly modders destined to save Calradia?
What's a boy to do?
Go back to your chomo cave and come out once you decide to exercise a modicum of intellectual analysis.
Are you using any other mods beside it?
I only run it with harmony, uiextender, butterlib, MCM and one additional mod (marry anyone).
It still crashes for me after one to 3 hours of playing.
I also wiped my entire bannerlord installation + bannerlord folder in documents & appdata and did an entire fresh reinstall before applying the mod again.
It's a bit crash happy from time to time so try a fresh install and don't put too many other mods on top that will break it.
The discord link on the mod's Nexus page.
Should complain the customer service then.. oh wait -)
To get around of stuff like this (nd not just for this game) it could begood idea to learn how to pre-load and pre-calculate shader caches. It is not always possible, but in most cases you can find how to do it, even for fresh releases. It can help even if you have SSD, cause so many games theese days come out in... less than ideal state and doing this before launch instead of letting game do it before each new location could help a lot with performance.
But there is no universal way to do it, different enginces, and even different games use different methods. Some needed just to run file in game folder, some requires you to create script and use comand prompt. It varies.
