I know no way to get around that short of her death.
You have to have death enabled, then you can take away her armor and send her into a bandit hideout by herself armed with only a dagger.
possibility? lulz. Don't get married to grandma next time -)
If she is 45, the limit, without kids or virile perk, the daily odds are 1.4% as long as you are in a settlement... etc.
It is all here if you want to know more:

With 1.2.x branch, you don't need to stay in a town. It can happen anywhere, when traveling around. Just need to be in same location/party.
That is a nice change, thank you for the heads up
If she doesn't have the virility perk, drag her to the nearest arena and make an appointment with a fertility doctor. It'll cost you a few thousand depending on her level, but it's worth it (and I've used it on my brother). I usually end up with three to six offspring per breeding pair in my family. No mods, no cheats, drivers up to date.
On my first campaign on 1.2.x I married the brother to Silvind and in short time they knocked out six kids, just riding along.
I used the mod to change her age to 20 years, but it seems that even if you change the age it doesn't matter to the game, she never got pregnant, I think I'll use the console command
