Suggestions for Camera mods and or fixes 3rd Person

The camera is unique. What options with mods and or settings , ini file settings can make this thing less silly for third person. Aka skyrim like , any other action RPG with a 3rd person camera etc if you like the camera it's fine but please don't bother to respond if you want detract from a solution. Isn't skyrims third person camera known for being kind of garbage though? Like it goes third person for executions and it flings itself around wildly while you hack at thin air and then the orc dies?
