If they bring out a "Depth" DLC, with diplomacy, assassins, spys etc etc, then you are probably correct, if they bring out new factions as DLC then no.
In any regard. FIrst they will push 1.2.,5 to beta, then they will release 1.2.5 to main. Then tney will release. 1.3.x to beta. and then we have the same cirucs of "When will 1.3.x get pushed to main"... -)
Well, there's definately room for two or three new factions, so who knows. There's a lot of unused space on the map. *Shrugs* would be fun to see some invaders maybe from the south-west mixing things up, next to the desert area. There's a pretty sizeable unused area there.
