Realistic Battle Mod should work
I think what you are referring to is multi enemy hit or slice through. It is my understanding that does nothing against unrealistic blocking. It only allows the weapon to hit multiple enemies when swung into a group, if not countered.
What OP is asking for is something to stop the puny starving person from being able to 100% stop the swing of a weapon with a small farm implement. OP is correct, the force from a swing of a battle axe when a horse is at full gallop would shatter the arm of the peasant.
I think its even worse when a couched lance gets blocked by a stick as if its nothing. I dont know what the devs can do about it though. But I do know they are aware of it.
Im going to try that Realistic battle mod that Lokaol suggested. It really, really breaks immersion and pads battles lol
Im just glad you cant block arrows with spoons, knives and gardening implements because that would make my archers as useless as everyone else fighting friggin looters D:<
They remind me of that one "Parry god" skeleton in Darksouls 3 lol
EDIT: Nm, I guess RBM isnt compatable with ToR. Boo.
