what are you talking about? the mod is available for download on the nexus since sometime in 2021 and on ModDB since at least sometime in 2022 already.

just in the process of downloading it through ModDB but would find it much easier to have it through steam workshop lets just hope its a straightforward mod install

i see that the mods say that they are for the beta versions of the game so i dont want to be dissapointed having the latest update installed and then trying to work the mod and not being able to play it

well, steam workshop only can download and place files in 1 location so any intallation step that is more advanced than that has to be done manually anyways.

and other than autoupdate the mod when the modders release a new update steam workshop wont help you when a mod is made for a different version of the game either.

unfortunately, i dont know if the mod works with the latest live version of the game since i have not tried it myselfe.

Precisely why ive posted someone do the mod for the latest version or when it is released as i dont want to be having wasted eforts on old mods that might not work with the updated version of the game

The 1.1.x version with all the new ♥♥♥♥ is going to be uploaded tomorrow. Also, the public versions right now are for 1.0.x, so if you're using that one with the 1.1.x version of the game, it'll crash

If you are not able to install mods from Nexus, you shouldn't touch mods at all, it's just a disaster waiting to happen for you -)

I'm craving RoT on Steam Workshop because I play through GeForce now. Sadly it's not possible to manually install anything...
