Conspiracy base of operations discovered missing hideout

I couldn't find the conspiracy base of operations at Lycaron when the quest stated the hideout is in the vicinity of Lycaron, I ran around the area and especially the forest area and I still couldn't find the hideout, is it a bug where I cleared the hideout earlier and the hideout didn't load correctly or is it at a certain spot where its further away from Lycaron
