Game minimizing to desktop?

so every now and then, the game minimizes to desk top (not crashes*) but minimizes, any ideas what could cause this? or any solutions or fixes?

everything is up to date and i keep my pc clean everyday & never have other apps open/running in background while playing

my specs: ryzen 5 3600 cpu, rtx 2060 super (8gb vram) gpu, 16 gb ram

Are you playing in borderless window mode? Your mouse may be travelling off screen, and clicking anything may be minimizing the game.

its on full srcreen v-sync is on too

try turning v-sync off and play on windows borderless mode

Do you by chance have Virtual Reality Goggles software installed (them being plugged in is not relevant). When I used to have that installed in my game, I had that issue with any full screen games I played.

If not, are you playing full screen or borderless windowed? If you're playing full screen, almost anything running in the background on your PC might be forcing your game to minimize from time to time. Heck, if you're using outlook with alerts in your tray when you get e-mails I've seen that cause this issue back when I used to use Outlook.

I do know that if you're using borderless window, the Bannerlord game itself doesn't have this problem. So if you still have it, you'll need to investigate what else is running on your PC :)

Also, are you sure you're not accidentally hitting the Windows key on your keyboard (left of Left Alt button). I've done that more than a few times *laughs*

yes well this fix worked for me......disable the search task process in your task manager

like turn it off completely...disable completely, i dont know why but i found this was interfering with process time causing some games to minimize

youll have to look up a youtube tutorial to turn it off once and for all
