Create My Own Kingdom
I am beyond level 4 almost to level 5 and I am unable to create my own kingdom. I have looked for the option and its just not there. Ideas or help? If I have the birth and death mod does it make it so I cant create my kingdom? I have a wife.. I have 3 children.. I have companions. Just no kingdom button option.

You need to own a fief {castle or town} once you have either of those you put a governor in charge then talk to him. it will have a dialogue option for taking a big step ie starting the kingdom.

Thank you, I will try that. I thought before there was a button under clan page that said start a kingdom!

The easiest way is to wait for a town to rebel, then you can go over and take the town without any consequences from the other kingdoms. Once a town has rebelled, go over and attack a rebel party or simply just raid a village connected to the town. you don't need to complete the raid, just take hostile action and stop the raid as soon as it starts and you'll be at war with the rebel clan.

That button hasn't been there for well over a year. There is a lot of out-of-date ♥♥♥♥ advice out there, both on the internet and in this forum, so you have to be careful.

And a word of advice -- Don't be in a hurry. One fief doth not a kingdom make.

Only start a Kingdom, if you can/have conquer(ed) an entire Kingdom Solo, because you need that strength.

Better is 2 Kingdoms to conquer before starting your Kingdom, the more Kingdoms are landless, the better for you, because after some time, they can only send Mini-Parties(10 - 20 troops) against you.

Keep in mind that once you declare yourself the owner of a new kingdom, all the other kingdoms will be at war with you more often than not. You'll have to withstand constant 1000+ armies at your gates.

yeah I know guys.. thanks again for the advice. At the time of wanting to create my own kingdom I already had 3 cities and 2 castles. I could muster an army of around 750 to 1k men. I also had many lords who were 100 percent friendly with me so I could buy them from their leige.
