Red Skill Points?

What does it mean when the skill points are red as opposed to the normal yellow color?

Also on the Manage Castle/Town screen, what does it mean when the projects are muted and blurred versus bright colors for others?

Red skill number means it has hit the current max, no more will accumulate. If you want more, you need to raise the stat or add focus points if available.

Projects muted and blurred vs bright colors? If its what I think your asking, the brighter colors is just a progress bar, basically.

The projects that are in queue are bright but so are others. The ones that are dim are either have not started or are at different stages. Can't tell one or the other.

Muted/gray-ish colored are the buildings that are at lower levels, it gets brighter and brighter for every level you build.
