and i dont like to critic a patch, that is a dream that come true and i didnt belive anymore...
i find atm 2 little bugs:
- you are kicked out from a siege fief, when a other merc left your faction
- if you sell all prisoners, the game dont ignore locked units that are not allowed to sell
- legendary armor items are too good, they are better then every DIABLO legendary , OP
this patch 1.2 is a dream. it makes be a king playable and adds the option of late-game.
thanks TW !
It's not only very constructive it's also very detailed and the author's attention to troubleshooting the fixes. changes etc. is very thorough. I think it would take longer to read about the above observations in the video than to just listen/watch the video.
If I was a dev this guy is basically your dream QA tester. The whole point of beta tests, is to beta test. Not praise changes and give no critical feedback. I just went through a beta test for 40K Rogue Trader and the attitude of devs/players wasn't "Well don't report bugs or give critical feedback on anything until release" lol. The whole point of betas is to do just that. :) :)
A critical review on youtube isn't reporting bugs. Posting them on TW's site, help a whole lot more.
I'm saying TW isn't likely to sift through every video made about Bannerlord on youtube. Try check how many videos been made on the beta patch so far, there is quite a few. These videos made more for our benefit to be aware of what going on.
If you want to draw their attention make bug/issue reports here

Content creators such as Strat Gaming, Flesson19, ItalianSpartacus etc put out some solid Bannerlord content though, I wouldn't brush them off as randos. Regardless how crtical reviews etc such creators make on youtube I don't really see it reach the devs. Not like some devs sit with pen and paper and take notes and sift through these videos. I know some of these have various degrees of communication with some of the devs though.
Didn't mean to insult any content creators in particular I just meant kind of a general blanket statement on youtube videos in general. Sometimes something as simple as how to change a bolt out on a desk chair gets turned into 35 minutes of "Hey whats up guys blahblahblah...." skip forward 10 minutes "And you know this particular chair was given to me by my grandfather who lived in peru for 3 years blahblahblah" skip forward 10 minutes "And thats how you change the bolt!" rewind 2 minutes "Okay guys and now this is how to swap out the bolt.
Might be my bad for not knowing who is actually good at making videos and who is just trying to hit those advertisement numbers (I think it used to be 10 minute minimum)
Also, did you make bug reports for all those issues you found?
