It's not like Warband, where you could deliver raw materials to your workshop.

In Bannerlord, the economy supplies the raws. You can sell raw materials on the market, but there's no guarantee they will trickle into your workshop. They could just as easily get picked up by a passing caravan.

Keep the area safe and secure so villagers can make it safely to the town. Make sure the bound villages and trade bound villages do not get sacked. If you are using raws from a trade bound village, make sure its castle does not get captured by another faction, or the villages will go elsewhere.

I don't sell raw materials to my workshops. Too much trouble. But I do buy their production and take it elsewhere to sell. Keeps the price up and gives me trade experience.

So how do you buy from your workshop? or is just like normal trading?

I don't buy from my workshop. I buy from the market. Just as you cannot give raw materials to your workshop, you cannot take or buy finished production from your workshops.

You just buy from the normal marketplace like you would any other town, there is no special screen for selling/buying specifically from your workshop.

You can sell raw materials and buy the finished goods as normal and it WILL help the workshop.

Never fails, if my Workshop is at zero....I just drop a bunch of raw materials in the store, and it fires back up. I also only build workshops in low contested areas (love me some Sturgia)

Sturgian workshops are actually the absolute worst workshops in the game. Don’t do that lol.

This isn’t opinion, either. Ever since launch, workshops in sturgia very rarely ever become worth it. I’ve never been able to manage over 250 denars s day from any sturgian workshop, while I can easily make 600-900 anywhere else based on the economy.

risk vs. reward. Cities my workshops are in never get taken, so I don't need to rebuild them, which is pricey. With how often other cities flip on the map....i'm ok with this. That said, I may drop 1 workshop and find a better location.

I don't build workshops in Sturgia because their resources are so ♥♥♥♥♥♥. You cannot do much with them. It's mostly fish and furs -- Eat them or trade them, but they are no good for workshops.

Same here I go and buy raws at a village and soon the workshop goes from zero to a nice profit. I now have 15.2 million.
