Can't End a War
I have Diplomacy and War Tweaks mods. War exhaustion is 75.0% for both sides. The war has been going for 71 days. Any of the Propose Peace options under Diplomacy tab are greyed out and say Active Quest is blocking... Am I missing something?

War Exhaustion needs to hit 100. Whoever hits first 'loses' the war and pays up. If both sides hit 100 at the same time, it's more of a draw, where neither side pays up.

ETA: If you want to get around that, you can change the Diplomacy settings. Reduce the minimum duration of a war to some number of days less than how long you've been at war, and the AI should allow peace. Or jack up the amount of War Exhaustion that is generated from war activities. This will also affect any other wars the AI factions are engaged in.

I disabled War Exhaustion but the Propose Peace option is still greyed. Says Active Quest is preventing it. Could their be another mod blocking it?

Maybe. can never say with mods, depending on what you have installed. I wouldn't have outright disabled it though. Try one of the other things I suggested to see if that works. If you've got War Exhaustion enabled, and the factors that add to it are above zero, and the meter is stuck at 75 despite you taking those actions, there's probably some other issue.

You can probably console command your way out of the war if it's just perpetually stuck, and fighting isn't pushing the meter up.

Yeah that's the problem. It's stuck at 75 for both sides. I had a war beforehand and it worked fine the only thing I'm thinking of is I convinced one faction to join efforts and declare war against a third faction. I wonder now, if that ally is still at war or not.

Diplomacy can create additional factions via rebellions. Or factions can be destroyed entirely if they have no fiefs. Is your war against a faction that no longer exists? If that's the case, you may not be able to do anything on the War Exhaustion side. I've had that happen, and eventually that widget goes away.

I got the king of the SOuthern Empire to declare war together against the Western Empire. It appears Southern made peace but I'm left with the war that won't end.

I gave up and started a new campaign lol
I just turned off War Exhaustion in the mod settings and it worked.
