Beta 1.10 new armor
I can't seem to find it any town. Do they even spawn? Does anyone know?

Ornate Scale Armor spawns @ empire towns ( being produced )
Khan's Coat of Plates spawns @ kuzait towns
Bronze Breastplate spawns @ battanian towns
Khan's Plated Bracers spawns @ VLANDIAN TOWNS ( being produced/crafted ).

im finding them usually after 5-9 years ingame if you dont interfere with towns economy mostly.
