Keep what you kill.
Is there a mod that allows you access to all equipment on every dead fighter after the battle?

Like battle loot isn't overpowered enough. You want more?

To balance, a mod that massively increases the cost of upgrading troops would likely be needed. it costs hardly anything to promote a peasant to a t4 unit and the armour is worth 10k or more. even more so for noble units. I have used the above mod before and found that after 1 army battle i had more gold than I would need to fully gear my character in the highest armour and weapons, all because i killed a lord and a few cav. In my opinion, similar to the old smithing exploit, its just not worth it if you want to get more than a few hours out of a campaign.

You seem strangely hung up on what other people want to do in their single-player game experience.

And you seem strangely hung up on reading my posts.

I use this. It is great because you can change the settings to be what ever you want. So you can make it not to OP.
This should be in game.
When a noble or knight surrendered they would either Sale the armor and weapons or ransom it back.

This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
