Masterwork Noble Long bow - exists?

Hi, I found a single Masterwork Noble Bow during my playthrough that is better than the base version, I'm wondering whether it is also worth looking at shops for a Masterwork Noble Long Bow in case it exists, just rarely spawns?

there is a base chance for any item added to a towns trader to be of a higher quality, but the wait is probably very long

Me generally i found masterwork/noble item on ennemy i erase from the surface of caldaria

I found one as loot after battle, but never saw it in town. My roguery is over 275, which is supposed to increase chances for better loot. Gave it to companion since I did not have the skill to use it. Then the companion decided to die and it disappeared.

Never saw one. Had Roguery over 580 (before 1.1 where they fixed it).

So with a full campaign, rogue far far far past the MAXIMUM... and I killed thousands of dudes. I never saw it.

I was getting Lordly Tier 6 (or whatever is highest) armor (non chest pieces) though at clan tier 2. By clan tier 4, I was seeing Lordly chest pieces (the good stuff).

And still never saw a masterwork noble longbow.

correct. But they dont use noble long bows.

So it would be the OTHER factions besides Khuzait.

I'm pretty sure your get "their loot", so if fighting Sturgia and some high lvl lords. wearing top gear.. u win, u have a chance to get their gear (very very minor chance), and with high roguery it can be Modified better (i.e. lordly) so for the best Helmets and Chests pieces, fight lots of Sturgian lords (that's how it was for me).

But noble bow.. IF it can be masterwork (possible, but I never saw it), then you'd fight Battania, empire, and aserai.. Which I did (I think I was battania that campaign, cant remember)

Battania probably prone to drop variations of the noble long bow.

Playing a new game on the current stable version, but I am yet to find a Masterwork Noble Bow anywhere. Does is still exist in the game? Haven't seen a Masterwork Noble Long Bow either.

If you want a masterwork of something the best way to get it is to defeat the type of enemy that has that weapon in mass numbers, i believe only fian champions have the noble longbow so you would want to defeat an enemy force that has a lot of fian champions to give you a good chance of it dropping, if you really want to force it then save before initiating the battle to attempt to re-roll the loot after battle

Always a good idea after battles to sort the loot by name and scroll down to L and M to see if there are noteworthy items with Legendary, Lordly or Masterwork prefix

Never seen Legendary items. I guess you need to have very high Roguery skill?

I saw a legenday stacked bodkin arrow once but I didnt have enough money for it, so I went and made some extra money, came back to the town that had it for sale, and it was gone. Sadness. Where did it go i wonder...

btw, this was near the start of the game, i had no rogery skill.

Higher Roguery helps, but most typically you find legendary items from larger battles where there are tons of loot drops.

Unfortunately most typically they are legendary versions of crappy tier 1-2 weapons and armours.

I've been playing the 1.2 beta branch in my last run. Maybe they are more common in that version. I didn't have roguery skill at all.

I would usually get a few legendary items from most larger battles. It was mostly just a legendary version of some t1 garbage, but occasionally it would drop something really good like bracers with 37 armor rating or a helmet with 57 armor etc.

It shows up very late game you need a town with very high prosperity because its such an expensive weapon
