Crafting materials quest

The notable wants 25 wrought iron from me, i have 155 wrought iron in my inventory from smelting, when i go to finish the quest it says "you don't have enough wrought iron".

It does work.. u gotta mess around.

There is TWO other threads on this quest. and we all kinda agree. "it is weird, sometimes it works the SECOND you are given it.. sometimes it doesnt work for 20 days.. sometimes selling and buying the material works, sometimes u gotta Smelt it yourself"


I will say, that for me.. I Bought items (early early days of campaign) and smelted them. And IT DID NOT RECOGNIZE IT. I then fought some scrubs, got items from THEM, it did not recognize it (crude iron)...
Figured I'd just fail it. Then about 10-15 days into the quest, went to a town and sold some of the stuff, and BOUGHT IT BACK.

Got the completion notice.

other testers said "just selling it" works.

Regardless, mess around... it is bugged. but so far everyone has been able to spend a few minutes finagling it, and it works eventually.

Oh, and I got the WROUGHT IRON one next.. and as soon as dude gave me the quest, it registered as I had enough items.. So it isn't ONLY WORKING if YOU SELL STUFF..

Nice that they put this quest into the main release while it is still broken.

Completed fix with BUG: place the wrought iron in your "stash" for a day ( you need a fief ). Once you return to pick up your iron, the quest then states: you can now return to deliver the iron". Unless by sheer coincidence the developers fixed this as i'm playing the game this very hour.
