What difficultly setting do you prefer to play on? I just started playing and set it to bannerlord but seems pretty hardcore. One hit and im dead. I like the realistic nature of it though. So whats your preferred setting or custom setting?

bannerlord, death on, ironman if on sandbox, not ironman if campaign, except for persuasion is on easy.

set it to bannerlord difficulty with iron man on, get bow and athletics and riding to high levels and u can solo looters, grap 3 stacks of arrows and dont hire any troops that way u built up lots of gold, then invest in workshops and hire companions.... sigh warband provides a better experience than bannerlord unfortunately...

lmao u know how incompetent a company is when it uses loyalty drift to penalize a town loyalty and weird thing is loyalty doesnt really effect castles except from building stuff but town will revolt, question is why cant castle revolt LMAO, just dont make any sense sometimes i wonder if logic and common sense is something available in TW?

start low difficult and later play custom / high difficult. you need to learn game basics.

only game start is hard. when you have some gold and good weapon/armor high game diff is not a problem.

I play on bannerlord,I mostly stay behind my forces to be safe and only engage in combat when the enemy cavalry charges and such. My character is usually a medium armored horseman with a spear and a cavalry shield
