It's a bug, and it's old news, which you would have know had you searched this forum on 'male in a dress'.

For some reason, the middle-schoolers and others of the prepubescent ilk find it hilarious.

Anyway, I thought it was just something that occured with this specific character, but other posts seems to show it as a more general issue. Apparently it has been an issue since 2019? It really feels like the developers work slowly.

For me, this bug has occurred more after release of the game as compared to early access. It also seems to occur more for Khuzait and Vlandian lords than others.

To be fair its funny that its a thing in the game like sneaking in to meet lady in warband. Would be better if it had context like in warband.
