Managing Towns and Castles
I am not sure if I am doing something wrong, but I set up the different features to be developed, in a queue, but nothing ever seems to be developed. I have Lageta and am developing the market place, but it just stays on 10%

Loyalty is too low. Remove all building projects and put in the daily to increase loyalty. Once it is above 25 ish you can start building.

Daily construction points are very low (maybe even 0) when the loyalty of the town is low.

Lageta is imperial culture i think, so your character also needs to be imperial culture, otherwise you get a -3 penalty to loyalty and will probably never get anything done.

Add a govenor of the same culture as the fief helps a bit too.

Daily festival + gov of right culture and get the security up should bring loyality up. Let it increase for a while. Then start a project, Improve the festival thing would be the best to start with to make loyality increase faster later.

Not worth it, really. You have to babysit the town and can only build like 1 project, then wait until loyalty grows back afterwards. Takes forever.

You're better off toggling the +3 loyalty festival on and then and ignore the city altogether.

Depends how your playstyle is. If the town is stuck with tier 1 walls etc, you want to increase that in case of sieges.

For someone that capture fiefs but never create a kingdom to enact policies to help them. The micro management of the fiefs is all they left with if they want to incrase their prosperity and value.
