detailled character creation mod : How to make it works?

Hi,

The only mod I use so far is the detailled character creation mod.

Does anyone know what, where and how I have to change to make it work?

I'm not a complete noob in computing science but I really don't know how mods are working specifically.

I gave up on that mod. It worked for a few beta versions but died a horrible death at the hands of e1.8.0 Never got it to work after that. I think it's a problem between it and Harmony mod.
Whatever I tried it still crashed the game.
Character Reload is a mod that will give you a few more sliders for character creation and it's a handy mod for a few other things. I take it as a substitute of sorts.

most mods seem to be broken after the hotfix update, especially Harmony

Character Reload doesn't seem to work either but thx anyway :)
