How do you raise your companions charm skill

I'd love my siblings to be knocking out some bey-beys but I cant figure out how to raise their charm level to make them more fertile. Suggestions?

Have them be a Gov. of your cities

Older brother comes with enough unassigned perks that you can give him the fertility perks as soon as you get him.

Sister doesn't matter because she won't be having babies for the clan.

Which leaves younger brother. You can make him a governor or let him lead a party or put him in charge of a caravan. Also, you will get two opportunities to give him attributes and skills before he even comes of age, so you can select the combintions that increase his Social Attributes and Charm.
