Unify the Empire quest

So.. is the quest is kind glitched ? After i captured the 12/13 cities, the quest finished and Sturgia, Khuzait and Vlandians started a war with me, but still at war with the western empire. Any thoughts ?

Correct, after unify the empire the conspiration still trigger without any explanation why you spent so much effort to evade it.

Thre is not any real "unification" either.

By design.

So if i wanna unify i need to conquer all the western empire cities by war, it dosent have any kind of unify option to integrate all. Is that it ?

You should be able make peace as usual with empire faction but the 3 factions from conspiration will keep attacking you forever until you conquer them. (and sadly defeat army after army is noy enough as it barely move the slider. If you choosed AI empire faction and did quest for them it is absically game over as AI is unable wage war on 3 fronts and you can not be everywhre... well mayeb if you sacrifice a lot and keep executing all to do it yourself fast enough. or things like that.

As the unification idk - I played with North empire, we got ALL fiefs of Western but they still existed as faction with wars with otyhers. Guess you would need get all remaining lords out of map to remove them as faction. South empire stayed compeltely separate.
If you need conquer them fief by fief I dont see any "unification" in that.

I think it happen in opposite scenario though - if youa re going for disssolve empire they will eventually make single faction against you.. not sure about this but think I saw it somewhere.

Ah same here, since 3 months I have been looking what to do ... tried to talk with my queen, searched for that quest giver (had to wait, because she was in a city , my faction had a war going on ... )

Now in the next days the opposite have fullfilled theirs and they unify all 3 nations ...
is this a joke or a bug !

The Empire unification event happens AFTER you beat the alliance of non empire factions into submission. I'm pretty sure this is a bug because it makes no sense to happen at that point in time, and having the remainder of the Empire join your faction to help fight the combined non Empire kingdoms would make a lot more sense to actually have enough armies to fight several wars at once. The way it is right now is just a big kick in the ♥♥♥♥.

Waited that 12 days . now my quest failed and that 3 nations are allied and declared war against my queen ... as AI has already problems to get a one front going on, but I was able to close the gaps always, but now the faction, where I am vasall has 4 enemies in all directions, and I am sure the other empires will also declare soon war ... that isn't fun !

If you read stuff, you were warned multiple times, this would happen. It was up to you to prepare.
I think, what is assumed by devs to be done is to eliminate nations, that would declare war on you, before conspiracy is successful. However you do that, is sandbox, but delaying conspiracy by doing quests probably is necessary to some point.
The whole mess, that Calradia turned into, happened because previous Emperor kinda fyked up fighting everyone and their mother.
I agree tho, it's not fun at all, especially if player chose to delegate banner to AI ruler. This option is simply unplayable middle finger, because it will require to do ruler stuff being a vassal.
Basically you should either take over an existing faction, or create your own faction, otherwise the only viable option is to let go (not assemble banner, let that timer expire, live your life as you want).
