you never see his face :

1) in late-game you will wear a good full-helm
2) you moving your char from behind and see nothing from the face

they are all made with the charakter creation in bannerlord, its one of the best ever made.

Albeit where this is true, something about my lord having an ugly face just bothers me as well, like I can't play with an ugly lord for some reason, unless I am making a meme run I want my lord to look good. Couldn't tell you the reasoning behind it though.
