temporary solution - disable DLSS
So after disable DLSS - which fix the shadow issue, not the crash one - game said "d3d_device_context_-> Map at rglGPU_device::lock_texture Failed!" error. It seems this tread is helping with this issue.

In this thread, game's shader somehow tweak itself and make game crashing. I'm gonna trying to fixing now. wish me luck.
Seem this solution - delete shader folder on ProgramData/Mount and Blade II - Bannerlord works fine. Never crashed once after.
For strage shadows: disable DLSS (thanks @scarface139).
For crashing, use the nvidia panel to lock the framerate at 60fps.
All works fine now.
